Ingredients
Fresh Baby Spinach 1 large or 2 small pomegranites (use seeds and pulp) Blue Cheese (Maytag, Oregon Blue Vein or Point Reyes) Red Onions (sliced thin) Bacon - broken up Sugared Walnuts
3/4 to 1 cup butter 1 1/2 cups walnuts 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup orange juice 1 to 1 1/2 tbls. sugar 1/2 tsp sea salt fresh ground pepper

Directions
Place first 5 ingredients in large bowl. To make sugared walnuts stir constantly in a skillet, the butter, walnuts and sugar, until it all sticks together. Pour onto parchment paper to cool.
Mix oil, orange juice, sugar, salt and pepper together for salad dressing and pour over the salad and add the sugared walnuts.
Serve.
