Manchego. Aged 12 months. Spain’s most popular sheep's milk cheese. The sheep come from the plains of La Mancha, the home of the famous Don Quixote. We sell only the aged versions of Manchego because of their superior flavor. This one is a comercially processed, pasteurized cheese, and quite delicious. 16oz.
