Mahon. Delicious cheese from Menorca (Balearic Islands).It's flavor, tart with slight saltiness and a hint of the sea. Ripening in underground caves on the Balearic Islands, rubbed in olive oil and paprika. The cheese is salted by immersion in highly salted water, for at least one day. Mahón is traditionally served as an appetizer, drizzled with olive oil and served with a sprig of fresh Rosemary. 16oz.
