This is Aimee's attempt to conquer the world! Fresh, handmade ricotta using rBGH free local milk and cream, fresh lemons and sea salt. It is made in very small batches to have it as fresh as possible. If you know you are going to need it for sure - call in advance - as we said, very small batches. 16oz.
